Refunds and cancellations policy

Confirmed bookings on the Housecall application cannot be cancelled by the customer once submitted. To request a refund or contact us regarding an incomplete or failed visit, please write to [email protected] Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Refunds will be processed or denied at the sole discretion of the team at DRONCALL LTD. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
